Major Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Billing clients

  • Liaising with Partners

  • Allocating time charged against bills

  • Reviewing timesheets

  • Maintaining creditors ledger

  • Maintaining bank accounts and performing bank reconciliation

  • Following up on debts due

  • Dealing with client queries

  • General accounts work.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Essential

  • An Accounting Technician qualification or similar.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High degree of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office, Ms Excel and Word
